Voloshyna L. Theoretical and organizational basis of the legal liability of advocates

The dissertation research examines the theoretical and organizational basis of the legal liability of advocates. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the author defined the base of the disciplinary responsibility of attorneys, highlighted the main stages and features of the procedure to attract lawyers to disciplinary responsibility and identified the characteristics of civil liability of attorneys. The author installed the base to attract lawyers to administrative and criminal responsibility and highlighted the features of these types of legal liability of advocates, defined the legal safeguards of the advocates activities in attracting lawyers to civil, administrative and criminal liability.
