The thesis reveals the experience of evacuation of troops (forces) of the Soviet Union, Germany and her allies in the Black sea during the Second World War. Established the state of scientific development of the topic and describes its source database. Disclosed terms and clarified the specific influence of a number of interrelated factors that affect the preparation, progress and results of the evacuation of troops (forces) during military actions in the Black Sea in 1941-1944 the features and characteristics of the preparation and conduct of evacuation of troops (forces). Substantiated the author's classification of the evacuation of troops (forces) of the Soviet Union, Germany and her allies on the Black sea in this period. It is established that the evacuation of troops (forces) of the opposing sides of the isolated seaside areas, naval bases on the Black Sea in 1941-1944 had operational scope and has been in the form of multi-service operations (actions) in a way consistent withdrawal of troops from the bridgehead, defended, loaded on ships and their movements several successive convoys, single vessels and combined method. Determined and theoretically substantiated trends in the development of naval art in the context of the preparation and conduct of evacuation of troops (forces) during military actions in the Black Sea (1941-1944). Formulated and proposed to contribute to the content of the guidance documents definitions of the terms "evacuation of troops at sea" and "evacuation of troops at sea". Developed and justified recommendations on possible areas of application of the studied experiences and lessons in the theory of the military art and in the practice of training the Armed forces of Ukraine in modern conditions.
