Essay

The thesis is the first attempt to define the dynamics of internal reaction of 13-year-old girls to physical activity while doing the Harvard step-test (4 min) in terms of heart rate, fixing it every 10 seconds. It allows identifying three groups of school-girls with low, medium and high levels of adaptive reaction. The relationship between the types of heart rate reaction to standard physical activity and the level of physical health of 13-14-year-old girls is determined here that is the basis for their differentiation into relatively homogeneous groups during physical training lessons. The curriculum for football lessons for girls of the seventh form with different levels of physical health has been worked out. It features the correlation of means aimed at the development of physical qualities, volume and intensity of physical activity. The oriented standards in four movement tests (flexibility, speed, coordination, speed and force qualities) for fourteen-year-old girls with safe level of physical health has been determined. They can be the starting material for the development of appropriate standards of physical training of the schoolgirls in this age group.
