Lozheshnyk A. Cossack the foreman in troops of the South of Ukraine (the end of the 18 – 19th centuries): Prosopography portrait

For the first time the dissertation on the basis of newly opened archival material, comprehensively investigated the role and place of the foreman in the formation and existence of the irregular troops of the south of Ukraine at the end of 18-19th centuries: Chornomorskoho, Katerinoslavskoho, Buzkoho, Ust-Dunaiskoho Budzhatskoho, Azovskoho and Dunaiskoho (Novorosiiskoho). Features and openly unknown facts of passing by the foreman of service to military and peace time are lit. Considering that funds of archive depositories of the State Archives of Krasnodar region (Krasnodar), State Archives of Odessa region (Odessa), Russian State military and historical (Moscow) remain insufficiently investigated, to them it is carried out heuristic work with the purpose identification of new materials to history of studying of a role of the foreman in existence is southern troops, lighting of their place in system of the political, social and economic, cultural relations of the South of Ukraine of the end of 18th – the first half of the 19th century.
