Tony H. Improving the system of training athletes by improving the management of organizational preparedness for future coaches

The object of the research is the scientific pedagogical and organizational bases for improving the system of training athletes in Ukraine. The aim of the research is to theoretically substantiate and develop a system for improving the organizational and managerial preparedness of trainers as an important factor in improving the training of athletes. Research methods: study and generalization of scientific and methodological information; Psychological and pedagogical testing; A survey in the form of a questionnaire; Method of expert evaluation; Pedagogical designing; Pedagogical experiment; Methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty of the results: first: aspects of training of trainers and their importance at different stages of training athletes have been determined; established the existence of reliable links between the type of subjectivity of students and their preferences; the system of pedagogical conditions for the preparation of students of specialized sports schools has been defined, and mastering by management competencies; the system of pedagogical conditions for the formation of organizational and managerial competencies for bachelor students in the specialty "Physical Culture and Sport" has been developed and experimentally tested; practical recommendations for improving the training of trainers in the Syrian Arab Republic have been scientifically substantiated. The main results of the research are introduced in study process of Zaporizhzhya National University, Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture, in the work of Kharkiv city volleyball club "Locomotyv" and volleyball sport club "Yurydychna academiya".
