Object – dynamics of changes in the topography of the neck in men after laryngectomy with various somato-types; purpose – establish constitutional anatomy features of neck and laryngeal part of throat in men of the second mature and advanced age without pathology of the neck after laryngectomy, morphologically prove the effectiveness of a new method of forming neothroat in men of different somatotypes; methods – anthropometrical, radiological, histological, immunohistochemical, statistical; the results – establish constitutional anatomy features of neck and laryngeal part of throat in men of the second mature and advanced age without pathology of the neck, as well as before and after laryngectomy and presented morphological substantiation efficacy of own technique of forming neothroat during laryngectomy in men of different somatotypes; branch – medicine.
