Loginov O. Project-oriented management of educational activities of university

Thesis research is devoted to the development of a theoretical framework and methodological support of management processes in educational activities of universities on the basis of the concept of project - oriented management. According to this concept university management is transformed into portfolio management, in which a portfolio of projects of educational can be selected. The types and nature of this category of projects are made on the basis of their decomposition introduced the notion of "portfolio of educational products of university". Conceptual model of the distribution of tasks for project - oriented departments of university is developed. This model is based on the structuring of project work in the form of a network schedule and their integration within the portfolio. The structure of information support of task allocation process is developed . The tools for assessing the demand for educational services of universities are developed. The methodological support in the form of the model and the method of management practices of educational projects - labour and financial is formulated.
