Andriievska V. Management of the stevedoring company development on the basis of the project potential

The dissertation is devoted to solving such a scientific and practical problem as increasing the efficiency of realization of stevedoring companies development projects on the basis of the design capacity. The concept of "design capacity" at the project has been formulated in the paper as well as the conceptual model of the design capacity of stevedoring companies and its assessment method have been developed. Besides, the concept of using the potential of the project and its components in the processes of project management has been formulated. The logical model of the system "project card - criteria-limitation" has been developed as a universal foundation for formalizing decision-making processes for selection of projects; in this model, the project potential and its components complement the characteristics of the project. The method of selecting projects based on the model "project card - criteria-limitation" using the theory of opportunities has been developed.
