The thesis is devoted to the theoretical explanation, creating and experimental approbation of the model for teacher's creative potential development in conditions of the Educational Innovations Center of the Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education. Сomparative analysis of the activities of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education in Ukraine has been made in aspects of possibilities for developing teacher's creative potential. The determinants of teacher's creative potential development in the Educational Innovations Center have been defined. The author has proved the effectiveness of the learning and methodical activities for developing creative potential of a teacher as a subject of the innovative educational activity.
