Andrii I. System of recovery of capacity of skilled athletes-sprinters with the use of ergogynic methods during the preparation of macrocycles

Object of research: system of sport preparation of skilled sprinters during preparatory stages in an annual macrocycle. The purpose of the research: to ground efficiency of the system of capacity recovery of the organism of skilled athletes-sprinters with the usage of ergogynic methods during preparatory stages. Methods of research: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientifically-methodical literature, analysis and generalization of experience of trainers, sportsmen and scientists, questionnaire, pedagogical supervision, pedagogical experiment, testing of functional and special physical preparedness of skilled sprinters, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: first: the complex system of capacity recovery of organism of skilled sprinters on the basis of the usage of the upright directed general vibration, negative aeroionising of air, listening of functional music of calming character with including of binaural rhythms is worked out; efficiency of application of the system of capacity recovery of organism of skilled sprinters during preparatory stages in an annual macrocycle is established; practical recommendations in relation to introduction of the system of renewal in the study-training process of skilled athletes-sprinters depending on descriptions of the training loads are worked out. Research results are implemented to practice work of trainers on track-and-field in Kharkiv sport college № 1 and Kharkiv sport boarding school, study process of Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture and National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute".
