Matter: the process of development of reflexive culture of teachers of preschool educational institutions in the system of postgraduate education; Aim: to theoretically justify and experimentally check the pedagogical conditions that ensure the development of а reflexive culture of teachers of preschool educational institutions in the system of postgraduate education; Methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature, questionnaires, interviews, testing, interviews, observation, casting diagnostic situations, pedagogical experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis, methods of mathematical statistics to summarize the obtained results and ensuring their reliability; Novelty: the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of the development of a reflexive culture of teachers of preschool educational institutions in the system of postgraduate education has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed for the first time. It contains: the creation of a reflective environment that ensures the integrity of the content, techniques, methods, forms and means of development of a reflexive culture; the implementation of a vector reflection of continuity and gradualism develop reflective skills taking into account specifics of activity of the teacher of preschool educational institution; awareness of the nature and relevance of reflection as a means of personal and professional development, finding sustainable motivation for its implementation); developed and substantiated model of the development of a reflexive culture of teachers of preschool educational institutions; updated characteristics of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of research: "professional reflection", "pedagogical reflection", "pedagogical culture", "vector reflection", "reflective culture of the teacher of preschool educational institution"; structural components of reflexive culture of teachers of preschool educational institutions (cognitive, motivational-emotional, procedural); further development of acquired forms and methods of development of a reflexive culture of teachers of preschool educational institutions, field: theory and methodology of professional education.
