The work is devoted to the development of in vitro technique of obtaining triticale plants with increased tolerance to abiotic stressors as well as studying stress-induced genome variation. Triticosecale Wittm. during selection of resistant forms. The processes of morphogenesis for different genotypes of winter triticale in in vitro culture of 3 types of explants were investigated and the process of obtaining de novo plants from vegetative and generative organs of tissues was improved.
