Dissertation is devoted to the study of morphological and functional features of skin regeneration in the age aspect after modeling of chemical burn wound and chitosan membranes application. We established the features of morphological and functional states of the skin regeneration in different ages after acid burn. The features of the planimetry, cell compound of the skin regenerate and histomorphometric features of burn healing process caused by the action of acid was defined. We proved the possibility of membranes based on chitosan application for the treatment of skin injuries caused by the action of acid.
