In the thesis the conceptual basis features of humanitarian and ideological training of engineers (Ukraine-Polish experience) are elaborated, in the context of which the research of explication of humanization of engineering education in a philosophical discourse is done and analyzed the synergy of humanism and technocracy as the philosophy of preparation of the modern engineer to explain the patterns of creation complex of human measurable systems. In the context of methodological approaches showed the characteristics of engineering education as a complex of social phenomenon and concept of philosophy of education and its influence on the process of humanitarian and ideological training of specialists (for example, Ukraine and Poland) and revealed specifics of engineering, which is based on the principles of practical human nature. Based on axiological, cross-cultural and poststructuralist methodologies identified as determinants of humanitarian and ideological training engineers and found value-axiological frame of future engineers in terms of civilization development. Particular attention is given to clarify lines upgrading practical skills of engineering personnel in the context of society and technocratic logic and justified the formation of Humanities and Culture as the dominant ideological matrix of the new philosophy of engineering education. The author of the concept features formed humanitarian and ideological training engineers (Ukrainian-Polish experience), outlines the problem field of modernization features of humanities and ideological training engineers and reasonable ways of improvement.
