Essay

The object of the theses is the evaluation system of schoolchildren's physical fitness; the purpose of the theses is to improve the system of evaluation of physical fitness classes for students of 10-11 grades aimed at individualization of physical education; the methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis, pedagogical testing, biomedical method (anthropometry), sociological method (surveys, questionnaires), pedagogical observation observation, methods of mathematical statistics, pedagogical experiment, psychological diagnosis; novelty: for the first time it was grounded the expediency of differentiation standards of schoolchildren's physical fitness in grades 10-11 on the basis of such criteria as the body length, the relative weight and perimeter of the chest; first grounded and developed standards of schoolchildren's physical fitness in grades 10-11 on the basis of body length, the relative body weight and chest circumference; first proved the effectiveness of differentiated programs of physical education for schoolchildren in 10-11 grades on the basis of reasonable criteria of physical development; the results: a differentiated system of evaluation of schoolchildren's physical fitness in grades 10-11; the research results were implemented in the educational process of the secondary school № 55, secondary school №62, secondary school №81 and the gymnasium Syhivska, Lviv and into the learning process of Lviv State University of Physical Culture.
