Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem connected with the differentiation of physical education of adolescents. Following psychological and physical characteristics of adolescents are revealed for differentiation of physical education: unmotivated unjustified violent reactions to the comments; a desire to assert themselves; poor respiratory response to exercise, insufficient physical capacity, a significant difference of physical fitness according to gender; besides communication with teenagers requires considerable tact, caution, sensitivity.Here it is developed and scientifically proved the program which differentiates physical education of adolescents to deprive their emotional stress, to dose out physical exercises paying attention to the peculiarities of their physical development, to strengthen their abdominal muscles and back so that they could ensure the stability of the musculoskeletal system, to develop skills of correct breathing, to engage them in independent activity, to withdraw their excitability, to normalize mood, to promote initiative on physical training. The sequence of differentiation needs learning children's readiness to the educational activity, predicting difficulties which may arise while mastering new material; it is necessary to use individual and group tasks at classes.
