Ziuziun V. Methods and models for environmental risk management in transport development projects

The thesis is devoted to solving important scientific problem of developing methods and models for environmental risk management in transport development projects. It will enable to effectively implement these projects, obtain funding from international investors and move towards saving the environment. The work deepens risk classification of projects by systematizing environmental risk class. Key aspects have been determined for system model of environmental risk management in projects. A system model for determining environmental competency of project team members according to established criteria has been created. A scale of assessing environmental competence has been suggested. An algorithm for identifying environmental aspects and risk factors has been developed. A scale assessing their significance has been suggested. The information and linguistic model for determining environmental safety of projects of extracting gas and alternative fuel use has been developed. Risk management roadmap and common pattern of project environmental risk have been suggested.
