Object - the process of professional training of future law enforcers; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of conflict resolution skill forming in future law enforcers on their level of conflict resolution competence ; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to provide a classification of future law enforcers' conflict resolution skills; the pedagogical conditions facilitating the efficiency of future law enforcers' conflict resolution skill development process during the professional training are substantiated; the definition of the term "future law enforcers' conflict resolution skill" is specified; the criteria and indices of the levels of conflict resolution skill development in future law enforcers are singled out; the forms and methods of teaching and pedagogical resource support used in training future law enforcers in order to form their conflict resolution skills have acquired further analysis; results - the pedagogical conditions facilitating the conflict resolution skill development in future law enforcers during the process of their professional training have been experimentally tested and are recommended to be considered and implemented in the teaching process at specialized (training law enforcers) higher education institutions. The theoretical ideas of the research and methodological support materials as well as practical results will be helpful to lecturers and officers engaged in class and out of class activities with cadets at training law enforcers higher education institutions, to the teaching staff engaged in compiling teaching programmes and working out textbooks and teaching manuals; to the officials and specialists engaged in training officers and in their professional development programmes, in particular ensuring training future law enforcers in Humanities and professional courses; to future law enforcers working at course and diploma papers; field - pedagogy.
