Essay

Thesis deals with the peculiarities of the dynamics of morphofunctional reorganization of bloodstream of testicles in rats under the conditions of dosed stenosis of the spermatic cord and in the reperfusion period. It has been established that the spermatic cord stenosis leads to venous stagnation in the bloodstream of testicles that is accompanied, at early stages, with increased tone and narrowing of intramural arteries of small diameter and a compensatory lumen expansion with increasing capacity of intramural arteries of medium diameter and arteries of the protein shell. In the late period develops the progressing ascending vasoconstriction in testicular arteries of all orders. By the end of the experiment the blood supply of the testicle through the expansion of collateral vessels is partially restored, however, such compensatory responses are not quite enough, which is proved by the size of the testicle being decreased and degenerative changes of its parenchyma. At the one-stage removal of compression of the spermatic cord, testicle undergoes expressed morphofunctional changes which deepen with increased duration of observation as a manifestation of reperfusion syndrome. Application of the suggested method of dosed spermatic cord decompression allows reducing the intensity of the reperfusion changes.
