On the basis of integrated macro - microscopic, histological and histochemical study the thesis describes for the first time the topography, features of the external and internal structure of human trigeminal ganglion on the 12-23 weeks of the prenatal period development. The existing views on interrelation of trigeminal ganglion with the surrounding anatomical masses have been complemented. The conceptions as for the structure of trigeminal ganglion'scapsule, the source of its blood supplyand the structure of intraganglion hemomicrocirculatory stream have beensignificantly enhanced.
