Dissertation is devoted to the study of morphological and functional features of the osseointegration of metal implants of various compositions and processes of bone remodeling at different times after the implantation. We indicate the changes in various parts of the femur after implantation of alloys of different compositions. The features of osteointegration processes depending on the type of alloy and the presence of a hydroxyapatite coating. We proved the structural changes in diaphysis and distal epiphisis in early and late periods after implantation of metal prostheses and features depending on the type of implant.
