Object of research is formation teacher's research culture in school; subject of the research are pedagogical conditions of formation teacher's research culture of Humanities in the system of school methodical work; the purpose of the study is to identify the effects of pedagogical conditions on the level of formation teacher's research culture of Humanities in the system of school methodical work; research methods - the complex of research methods was used to solve the set tasks: theoretical methods such as analysis and comparison; summary and synthesis; analysis and synthesis; analysis and generalization; empirical such as survey and testing; pedagogical experiment; method of mathematical statistics is variance analysis; the scientific novelty of the results lies in the fact that for the first time the essence of teacher's research culture of Humanities is defined as an integrated component, which is generated through its research activities in the Humanities in the system of methodical work, including a certain amount of fundamental research knowledge and skills, research experience for creative problem solving, the study of linguistic, literary, historical, cultural, social, philosophical phenomena, facts, events; it also includes the development of individual cognitive qualities that is embodied in certain research functions and forms; it is scientifically substantiated and designed the structure of teacher's research culture (axiological, cognitive, personality, creative activity and technological structural components; analytical, design component, constructive, predictive, reflexive evaluation, effective functional components).
