Essay

The thesis shows the theoretical generalization and solving the important and urgent task that lie in the identification and disclosure of organizational and pedagogical principles of the volunteering formation and development in the Peace Corps structure as a condition for structural, pedagogical, scientifico-methodological, material and technical character, which are providing the volunteering selecting and training process (lawful support of the volunteering in the USA; the technology, content and principles of the Peace Corps volunteering training; the Peace Corps volunteers direction activities and the practical implementation of its social and educational projects in Ukraine). Based on the defined criteria of periodization (social, lawful, structural, and pedagogical) the periods of the development of Peace Corps volunteering identified. The scientific conceptions of the historical development of the volunteering movement ideas in the foreign and native scientific and pedagogical thought are proved; the nature of concepts "the development of the volunteering phenomenon", "the technology of future volunteers training", "organizational and pedagogical principles", "socio-educational project" are specified. The further development acquired the grounding of perspectives, directions of the development of the volunteering movement in Ukraine; the stages, needs for the formation of the volunteerism of international level, leaning on the existing experience of the Volunteering School of Ukraine are distinguished. The possibilities of the positive foreign experience using in the practice of work of the volunteering organizations and training the volunteers in Ukraine are determined.
