Object - professional training of bachelors of a technical profile of higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine; goal - to increase the level of readiness for social interaction of bachelors of a technical profile by theoretical justification, development and experimental verification of the methods of its formation in studies of psychological and pedagogical disciplines; methods - analysis, classification, generalization, comparison, modeling, observations, surveys, tests, questionnaires, self-assessment, peer review, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - the first time proved theoretically, developed and experimentally tested methods of formation of readiness for social interaction of bachelors of a technical profile in studies of psychological and pedagogical disciplines, which is a simulation of teamwork through the stages of team building with limited time, integrated content of formation of readiness for social interaction of bachelors of a technical profile, to clarify the concept of "readiness for social interaction of bachelors of a technical profile in professional activity", criteria and indicators of its formation, have been further developed forms of teaching of students used in the formation of readiness for social interaction of bachelors of a technical profile; results - methods of formation of readiness for social interaction in professional activity of bachelors of a technical profile in studies of psychological and pedagogical disciplines, course "Formation of readiness for social interaction in professional activity" using complex trainings, business games oth.; introduced in the process of training bachelors of a technical profile National Technical University 'Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University, Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture P.
