Halimska I. Forming of professionally significant qualities of future aviation specialists by means of physical training in the flight university.

The object of the study is the process of professional training of future aviation specialists in the flight higher education establishment; the subjects of the research are pedagogical conditions of formation of professionally significant personal qualities of future aviation specialists by means of physical training; the study aims at proving and experimentally testing the effectiveness of the implementation of pedagogical conditions of formation of professionally significant personal qualities of future aviation specialists by means of physical training; research methods: - theoretical: the study of philosophical, psychological and educational literature on the study; retrospective, comparative comparable, analytical and synthesizing, inductive-deductive methods of analogy, theoretical modeling; - diagnostic: questionnaires, interview, conversation, self-assessment, expert evaluation system, testing; - observational: direct and indirect observation;- experimental: ascertaining and forming experiments; - statistical methods: quantitative and qualitative analysis of data using the methods of mathematical statistics (statistical processing of results and their graphical representation); the scientific novelty - for the first time the research problems of formation of professionally significant personal qualities of future aviation specialists by means of physical training in the flight higher educational establishment are implemented and determined that the professionally significant quality of aviation experts is a system of individual socially important, psychological, physiological and physical qualities of future aviation specialists, contributing to the successful development of the profession and the professional formation of their reliability; Criteria, indicators and levels of formation of professionally significant qualities of the future aviation specialist are determined; pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of professionally significant qualities of the personality of the future aviation specialist by means of physical training in the flight higher educational institution (positive motivation for future professional activity and their own professional reliability, learning situations of the quasiprofessional aviation activities at all stages of physical training; professional interaction as the basis assurance of the professional quality activities) are singled out and approved.
