The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental research of future pre-school educational institutions teachers' training for creating their positive professional image. The scientific approaches to studying the concept "image", types, strategies and stages of professional image creating has been analyzed; the notion "pre-school educational institution teacher's positive professional image" and its structural components (visual, audial, professional, internal) has been defined. The essence of the process of future pre-school educational institutions teachers' training for creating their positive professional image and its result - readiness for positive professional image creating were revealed. Components of future pre-school educational institutions teachers' readiness for creating a positive professional image (motivational-personal, cognitive-searching, operational-practical) were described. The criteria, indicators and levels of future pre-school educational institutions teachers' readiness for creating their positive professional image were worked out. The model of future pre-school educational institutions teachers' training for creating their positive professional image was projected, theoretically grounded and experimentally tested.
