Object - the process of teachers' educational project activity; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of high school teachers' professional self-realization in their educational project activities on the level of high school teachers' professional self-realization; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research is the first to provide a theoretical substantiation and experimental testing of the pedagogical conditions of high school teachers' professional self-realization in their educational project activities; the definition of the term "teachers' professional self-realization" has been specified; the components of professional self-realization in educational project activities, criteria and indices of the levels of teachers' professional self-realization have been analysed; the forms and methods motivating teachers to professional self-realization have been investigated; results - the pedagogical conditions of high school teachers' professional self-realization have been experimentally tested and implemented in schools. The author has worked out and implemented the programmes of the educational project "Perspectives of Cooperation and Partnership in Education", the methodological seminar "Theory and Methods of Teachers' Professional Self-Realization in Educational Project Activities", methodological notes for headteachers, trainers, teachers, leaders of educational projects, students of professional development programmes; the acmeological model of lyceum graduate has been offered. The materials of the research will be useful to those engaged in the system of teachers' post diploma professional development and in teacher training programmes, while teaching "Pedagogy" and "Foundations of Pedagogical Mastery", they will be helpful for working out methodological recommendations and manuals on Pedagogy, for writing course and Master degree papers at higher pedagogical institutions; field - pedagogy.
