Ryskal M. Radioelectronics in the Ukrainian SSR (1950 - 1990): social and cultural dimensions

Based on the materials of archival sources, the diversity and variety of the impact of the enterprises activity of the industry on the socio-cultural sphere of the country is found as well as the specific features of this impact at different stages are identified. The achievements and problems related to the needs of the population are characterized on the example of individual enterprises. Based on the analysis of a wide range of historiographic and archival sources, the peculiarities of working conditions at radio-electronic enterprises of the Ukrainian SSR are shown. The major problems concerning recruitment of workers, engineers and technicians as well as the stimulation at the enterprises of the industry in the period under study are indicated.
