The object is the professional training of future teachers at the higher educational institutions.The goal is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional identity in future teachers of humanitarian disciplines.There are theoretic, empirical, statistical methods. Novelty - the essence of the phenomenon "professional identity of future teachers of humanitarian disciplines", its structure and the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional identity in future teachers of humanitarian disciplinesare defined and scientifically substantiated. The theory and methodology of professional training of students of humanitarian disciplines for the future professionwere further developed. Results - diagnostic tools and experimental methodology on the dynamics of the process of formation of professional identity in future teachers of humanitarian disciplinesare designed and tested.
