The thesis is devoted to solution of actual scientific problems of project management - creation of methodological bases and tools of forecasting of the shape of the СTS in the early stages of development for making design decisions. The analysis of the processes that accompany the development of СTS. and implemented formulation of a scientific problem, the creation of the basic prediction of its shape and formulated objectives of the thesis, proposed methods and algorithms of decision-making (based on properties and indicators of СTS), which are the basis in choosing the best options for its shape; the developed model in forecasting of the properties of СTS as an object of development; developed models that facilitate prediction of the appearance of СTS and focus primarily on considering it as the object of operation and system-structural formations; the proposed forecasting methods of technical solutions of the circuitry for the СTS and its shape, on the basis of the principle of operation. developed recommendations for implementation of research results into the practice of forecasting the shape of the СTS for the adoption of DD.
