Essay

The thesis is focused on the comprehensive research of theoretical and practical issues of ensuring the independence of the judges of the courts of appeals of Ukraine. The peculiarities of the legal status of the court, as the object of organizational and legal provision have been clarified. The concept of organizational and legal principles of ensuring the independence of the judges of the court of appeals of Ukraine has been defined. The legal liability as a mean of ensuring the independence of the judges of the court of appeals of Ukraine has been characterized. Organizational and legal principles of ensuring the personal safety of the judges of the court of appeals of Ukraine as an aspect of realizing the principle of their independence have been singled out. The ways of improving organizational and legal principles of ensuring of realizing the principle of their independence have been singled out. The ways of improving organizational and legal principles of ensuring the independence of the judges of the court of appeals of Ukraine have been outlined.
