Honchar L. Administrative proceedings in cases of appeal against decisions on the application of measures for violation of budget legislation

The thesis is focused on the comprehensive research of theoretical and practical problems of the activities of administrative courts of Ukraine. The author of the paper has revealed the organizational and legal aspects of the activities of administrative jurisdiction in the pre-revolutionary period; has characterized the features of the activities of administrative jurisdiction agencies during the USSR period; has analyzed the formation and development of administrative courts in the independent Ukraine. Theoretical principles of the organization and functioning of the judicial power in Ukraine have been characterized; the relevant issues of improving the organization of the activities of administrative courts of Ukraine in terms of judicial reform have been characterized; the problem of separation of administrative, economic and civil jurisdiction have been revealed.
