Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation of forensic and pharmaceutical framework for the improvement of counter measures of alcohol dependence (F10.2) by the use of a multidisciplinary approach to the creation of socially-oriented schemes of pharmaceutical correction and the development of integrated regional programs based on pharmaceutical law. Based on a review of scientific literature on the current state of the prevalence of alcohol dependence and its pharmacotherapy established a direct link between the psychoactive substance alcohol influence and social and stress disorders in society, alcohol-related crimes and mental health. Found that in the structure of alcohol dependence (F10.2) the life-threatening condition is tremor during alcohol withdrawal syndrome, which can be transformed into alcohol delirium with characteristic mental and somatic symptoms of painful, requires urgent, immediate and intensive pharmaceutical correction. Conducted an in-depth forensic and pharmaceutical analysis of the abuse by psychoactive substance alcohol among the population of Ukraine and the western area on the example of the Khmelnitsky region.
