Reva D. Development of composition and technology of dental medicinal films and gel with decamethoxine and chlorhexidine

Dissertation is devoted to the scientific and practical rationale of technology and composition of dental drugs antimicrobial and analgesic effect in the form of medicinal films and gel codenamed LP DL, PL-DLH and DL gel. Studied range of registered on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine medicines containing decamethoxin, chlorhexidine and lidocaine hydrochloride. The established limited range nomenclature of multi medicines (drugs) - 6 names. Current state of problem of inflammatory periodontal disease indicates the prospects of creation medical films and gel with combined action of decamethoxine, chlorhexidine and lidocaine hydrochloride. Based on pharmacological studies drugs developed in terms of "lethal dose of admission to the stomach" refers to practically non-toxic compounds. They show locally irritating and allergic action. Technological instructions for the preparation of medical and dental gel films in terms of project pharmacies and technological requirements, which tested in a production environment was developed.
