The object of the study: professional training of future masters of industrial training of vocational and technical educational institutions of the agrarian profile in vocational-pedagogical colleges and industrial-pedagogical technical schools. The subject of the study: pedagogical conditions for the formation in future masters of vocational training of vocational and technical educational institutions of the agricultural profile of readiness for professional self-improvement. The scientific novelty of the study is that: for the first time: the pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-improvement in the future masters of vocational training for vocational schools in the agricultural profile have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested: the creation of a personal developmental professional and educational environment in vocational colleges and industrial and pedagogical technical schools; formation of cognitive independence of students; Introduction of technology of formation of readiness of future masters of industrial training to professional self-improvement; the model of formation for future masters of industrial training of vocational and technical educational institutions of the agricultural profile of readiness for professional self-improvement and pedagogical conditions allowing for the qualitative organization of the educational process has been designed; the diagnostic toolkit for studying the formation of the readiness for professional self-improvement among future masters of industrial training in vocational and technical educational institutions of the agricultural profile has been improved, in particular, the following criteria and indicators: motivational, target; сognitive, procedural, reflexive; further development of the content of the concept of "readiness for professional self-improvement", in particular, the development is to concretize this concept for the training of future masters of vocational training of vocational and technical educational institutions of the agricultural profile and understanding it as an integrative personal and vocational education, encompassing motives, personal qualities, methods of activity, knowledge, skills, skills that provide a continuous, conscious professional self-cultivator the training of masters of industrial training in vocational and technical educational institutions of the agricultural profile.
