The thesis is dedicated to scientific grounding and development of the technology of obtaining symbiotic bacterial consortium in two pharmaceutical forms - lyophilized and capsule. On the basis of the conducted complex of researches the optimum composition of bacteria in the consortium (generation and value), type and concentration of the prebiotic component, optimum of technological parameters of deep culturing (pH, temperature, time), mode of freeze drying have been identified. Preservation of high rates of biological activity of bacterial culture in consortium is experimentally proved. The influence of excipients on technological parameters and indicators of the quality of the drug is investigated. Technologies of reception and draft methods of quality control on dosage forms of probiotic drug are developed
