Tkachuk O. Development of composition and technology of the combined oil herbal formulation with hepatotropic action.

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and experimental substantiation of the composition and development of a new original medicine's technology – the оil herbal formulation with hepatotropic action Oleosyl. On the backgrounds of combined technological, structural and mechanical, physical and chemical, biological research which have been conducted, the composition and technology of oil herbal formulation under the code name Oleosyl was substantiated theoretically and experimentally: herbal composition of wild carrot fruits, Blue Chamomile flowers, Corn silk (1 : 1 : 1) ? 10,0 g, corn oil ? till 50,0 g; Milk Thistle oil ? 50,0 g. Stability of the medicine developed has been studied within the process of its storage. Preclinical pharmacological researches have proved the specific activity and safety of the medicine. The projects have been developed of methods of quality control and manufacturing specification of the combined oil herbal formulation Oleosyl.
