Essay

The object of research: advance training of coaches-teachers of youth sports schools. The aim of research: to substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the development of professional pedagogical competence of coaches-teachers of youth sports schools during advanced training. The subject of research: the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the development of professional pedagogical competence of coaches-teachers of youth sports schools during advanced training. The methods of research: analysis, generalization and systematization, pedagogical experiment, statistical methods. The results of research and novelty: а construct of professional pedagogical competence of a coach of a youth sports school, which integrates the major personal, cognitive and practical characteristics of his professional and educational activities, was proposed. The necessity of combining of intramural and extramural forms of advanced training of coaches in the context of their professional pedagogical competence was substantiated. The set of relevant organizational and pedagogical conditions was developed and tested, namely: provision of students' conscious free choice of concentrated pedagogically oriented curriculum of advanced training by means of updating and promoting of its professional prospects; development of individual advanced training trajectories based on quality analysis of coach experience, pedagogical difficulties and personal and professional characteristics of a coach-teacher; ensuring of mutual intellectual and emotional enrichment of students and lecturers by means of interactive pedagogical technologies; methodological guidelines of project search activity of coaches-teachers during independent professional and pedagogical activity; organization of public reflection of the experience gained by means of motivational training and provision of recommendations concerning development of the necessary competencies in the inter-course period. The sphere of usage: during advanced training of coaches-teachers of youth sports schools in the higher educational institutions.
