On the basis of summarizing the theoretical approaches shown that psychological readiness is a significant number of existing professional psychological characteristics that meet the psychological features of professional judges and a necessary condition for successful internal implementation. In turn, professional and psychological readiness - a set of psychological characteristics, properties and professional knowledge and skills, which leads zmobilizovanosti state of mind, mood on the most appropriate action in the performance of professional tasks in specific conditions of professional activities. Determined that feature content sotsionomical judicial activities is its legal mediation that creates a special system of interaction with objects, "man-People-Law". On the one hand, causes higher social expectations of the public regarding the identity and judge its moral and legal systems, and on the other - makes special demands to guarantee endurance stressful and psychologically stressful conditions mediated communication of procedural rules. The results of empirical research professiografy model of judicial and psychodiagnostic study of individual psychological determinants of the subject, by leading professionally important qualities that define professional psychological readiness for professional activity sotsionomical features. On this basis, the author developed a socio-psychological training "Professional psychological training of judges." The aim of the training is to form: a) communicative competence of judges, b) conflict-free interaction skills, c) self-regulation skills as a means of prevention of professional burnout. Also, to improve the professional psychological selection created by author "Testing method propensity to breach the moral and legal normative public officials", which provides the definition of five groups of basic aptitudes, corruption, human rights violations, to nepotism, to addiction to careerism.
