Korol V. Educational institutions of Labour Reserves system during the economy recovery of Ukraine (1943-1950)

The object of research: vocational and technical educational institutions of Labour Reserves system in the territory of the Ukrainian SSR (1943-1950). The aim of research: comprehensive study and coverage of various aspects of the functioning of educational institutions of Labour Reserves system (LR) during the economy recovery of Ukraine (1943-1950). The subject of research: regularities of the restoration and functioning of educational institutions of Labour Reserves system; social conditions and state of material and household provision of students during training in these institutions. The methods of research: analytical, historic-genetic, historic-comparative, problem-chronological. The results of research and novelty: the advanced typology of the studied institutions is offered. The state of the material base of the institutions of the Labour Reserves system is characterized. The quantitative and qualitative composition of personnel of schools and colleges of labor reserves is determined. The peculiarities of the acquisition of the pupil contingent are revealed. The main characteristics of the educational process in the institutions of the Labour Reserves system are revealed. The state of material and welfare provision of youth during study is analyzed. The sphere of usage: the further research of the current subject, writing of the synthesis works, manuals, reading of the high school courses on the history of Ukraine.
