Object of research - research of the process of natural science training of future doctors; subject of research: pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competencies of future doctors in the process of natural science training; the aim of the research: substantiate and experimentally tests the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competencies of future doctors in the process of science and education; research methods: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, classification, systematization, system analysis, analogy, design, modeling, prediction); empirical (observation, expert evaluation, testing, questionnaires, pedagogical experiment), statistical; scientific novelty - for the first time the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competencies of future doctors (development of the professional environment; updating of the professional potential of natural science training; the direction of educational, cognitive and scientific activity of the students to the formation of professional competencies) have been determined, theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified their effectiveness; the structure of the system of professional competences of future doctors, which includes five groups of competencies (value-motivational, cognitive, praxeological, personally-professional, subjective), is developed and substantiated; the criteria for evaluating each of them are determined, indexes that specify each of the criteria and the four levels of the formation of professional competencies of future doctors; the substantive content of the concept of "professional competence of future doctors" is specified.
