Hryn Y. Pedagogical views and educational activity of Volodymyr Shchepotiev (1880-1937)

The thesis at the first time has studied pedagogical views and educational activity of V. Shchepotiev; the state of scientific development problems has investigated; the basic factors of formation of the scientist's pedagogical views; it has been scientifically grounded that a scientist's pedagogical conception of culture protection has five concepts: purposeful one includes the purpose of education, theoretical and methodological concept, content one, method component, praxeological one; it has been singled out stages of formation of the scientist's pedagogical concept; the areas, forms and methods of the teacher's educational activity in secondary schools of Poltava and Poltava Institute of Education; іnnovative educational ideas of V. Shchepotiev and their implementation possibilities in modern conditions have been found out. Object of study - scientific and pedagogical heritage of V. Shchepotiev. Subject of study - іnnovative educational ideas and educational activity of V. Shchepotiev.
