Object - congenital malformations of the colon in children with chronic colostasis; goal – improvement of the result of treatment of children with congenital defects of the colon by developing a diagnostic algorithm, indications for choosing methods of treatment, methods of surgical correction; methods – physical examination, general clinical laboratory, radiographic, endoscopic, ultrasound, anomanometry, histochemical, immuno-enzymatic, experimental, morphological, statistical; results – for the first time carried out the study and comparison of the patterns of the clinical course of chronic colostasis in children due to congenital colon in terms of etiopathogenetic approach to their occurrence; It is proved that the basis of the appearance of chronic colic stasis is the defects of the colon, which arise against the background of anomaly of fixation, lengthening and hypoglioniasis of the large intestine, leading to clinical manifestations of the disease; developed and implemented the distribution of the large intestine into segments within the physiological closers with the definition of diagnostic criteria characteristic of dolichosigma, Piyr's disease and Hilaiditi syndrome; it has been experimentally established that an anomaly of fixation of the colon leads to its lengthening and the appearance of a defect, and the elimination of fixation with resection of excess parts of the colon is an effective method of surgical treatment; the indications for surgical treatment of chronic colonic stasis are determined, which is caused by congenital defects of the colon, methods of surgical interventions are improved; the expediency of the proposed methods of surgical treatment is proved, their clinical efficiency is estimated; branch – medicine.
