Object of the study: community acquired lower respiratory tract infections; aim of the study: improvement of approaches to diagnosis and treatment of community acquired lower respiratory tract infections in pregnant women, taking into account the peculiarities of their clinical course and levels of markers of systemic inflammation; methods of investigation: clinical, functional, roentgen imagining, biochemical, immunological and statistical; novelty - data on the respiratory function values in healthy pregnant were clarified; infection factor plays an important role in exacerbations of asthma in pregnant; determination of levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein can be used in detection and estimation of systemic inflammation in pregnant with community-acquired pneumonia; dynamics of procalcitonin and C-reactive can be an additional criteria of efficacy of antibacterial treatment.
