Essay

The Object: continuous pedagogical education in the People's Republic of China; the Aim: the analysis and generalization of theoretical ideas and practice of personal-professional development of teachers in the system of continuous pedagogical education in China for creative application of pedagogically valuable experience in the terms of contemporary pedagogical education of Ukraine; methods: synthesis, comparison, analysis, contrasting, systematization, generalization, theoretical modeling, historic-pedagogical retrospective, genetic, system structural, problem-objective; comparative-pedagogical; novelty: for the first time theoretical ideas and practice of teachers' personal-professional development in the system of continuous pedagogical education of the PRC at different stages has been analyzed and generalized, the evolution of the aim, task, principles, the contents of the continuous pedagogical education, leading trends in the development of the modern system of continuous pedagogical education in the PRC have been grounded: the increase of requirements towards the level of professional competence of pedagogues preserving the priority of ideological-moral qualities of an individual, humanization, the transition towards the individual-oriented educational paradigm, psychologization, the enlarged use of modern digital, multimedia, remote technologies, diversification of organizational forms of the individual-professional development of teachers; defined tendencies of creative use of valuable theoretical ideas and experience of personal-professional development of Chinese teachers in the conditions of continuous pedagogical education of Ukraine: the social prestige increase of the job of a teacher, construction and realization of morally-ethic constituent part, the widening of the future teachers' arsenal of pedagogical practice forms and the increase of teachers' qualification on the basis of schools, keeping balance between unifying globalization tendencies and keeping national-cultural specificity of the continuous education system; the field: theory and methods of vocational education.
