The thesis is devoted to the creation and implementation of effective decision support system for optimal design solutions for the compensation of consequences of risks-surprises in the process of re-engineering of buildings and structures, which is based on adaptive dynamic creative design and technological approach. Developed an adaptive method of network planning and project management of reengineering construction. The mathematical support optimal decision making in project management of reengineering construction.
