Samchenko D. Improvement of installation for ferritization treatment of wastewater with heavy metals' ions

The scientific principles for creation of complex low-waste technologies for wastewater treatment and reuse at industrial facilities are worked out and effective utilization of liquid and solid toxic by-products of wastewate treatment was developed. As a result of experimental researches feasibility of application of pulsed electromagnetic discharges for intensification of ferritization wastewater treatment was proved. The main technological parameters for removal of Nickel and Iron ions from wastewater of electroplating facilities at various methods of activation process were experimentally determined. New mathematical models for extraction kinetics of heavy metals from concentrated wastewater were offered and based on them the engineering calculation technique for estimation degree of wastewater purification was developed.
