Essay

The thesis proves the necessity of realization of psychological monitoring of emotional conditions of a pedagogue as a precondition of his professional growth. It is characterized stress factors of pedagogical activity which cause the risk of emergence of personal and professional deformations and reduce activity effectiveness. It is suggested the algorithm of monitoring realization as a special psychological technology in combination of the preparatory, diagnostic and prognostic, corrective and developmental, reflective and analytical stages. According to the results of the empirical research it was singled out psychoemotional characteristics which testify personal and professional growth of metamotivated pedagogues and the tendency of regressive development and reduction of professional duties of metadeprivation pedagogues. It is developed and tested the program of corrective and developmental work of activation of pedagogue's professional growth; it is proved its effectiveness according to the indices of social frustration, emotional burnout, motivation of success achievement, self-actualization and pedagogues' satisfaction in personal and professional development.
