Starova Y. Psychological support of tourism business managers' professional training

The thesis highlights theoretical generalization and presents solving of actual scientific and practical task that is connected with description of the contents of tourism business managers' professional training psychological support and substantiation of psychodiagnostic tools, creation of psychological support comprehensive program and studying its effectiveness that helps to improve the quality of professional training. We found out the peculiarities of components display in different periods of professional tourism managers training. Comparative analysis of diagnostic before and after the comprehensive program of psychological support for tourism business managers' application indicates its efficiency, as evidenced by improved results on the following factors: communicative motives; avoidance motives; professional motives; training and educational motives, the need for achievements, with reduced indicators of aggravation; sensitivity; spontaneity.
