Serdyuk L. Organizational and legal bases toimplementation of e-justice in Ukraine

On the basis of held analysis the thesis deals with complex investigation of organizational and legal basis for implementation of e-justice in Ukraine. Basing on the elaborations of general theory of law regarding the justification of legal institution, the e-justice is determined as an inter-sectoral legal institution with corresponding features. The determination of e-justice as an element of e-governance is provided: this is a provision of the judicial power organization realized on the basis of applying contemporary IT for securing the functioning of any court in real time mode with the purpose of maximal increase of access to justice for interested individuals, the achievement of high level of the judicial power efficiency, the need of constant communication between such individuals and courts, between courts, as well as between courts and other public institutions. The main purpose of the e-justice implementation is raising the efficiency of the judicial power and the quality of justice administering in general.
